What better way to start a new recipe blog than with a couple of the recipes I've madly pinned on Pinterest?
This blog has been created for members of the Bellini Addicts facebook group to share their recipes with photos or to share any thermo-cooking related posts they feel like making. Recipes linked from here may not necessarily have been written with the Bellini Intelli Kitchen Master in mind, but are easily adapted or, even better, work without adaption (everything I have made so far has been fine following the original instructions), keeping in mind for example that if the recipe is for a Thermomix machine, when the following are mentioned in a recipe there is a BIKM equivalent:
Reverse - this is achieved by using the blunt blade in the Bellini
Speed Soft - Use speed 1
Varoma temp - ST (Steam) temp on Bellini
Now the boring stuff is out of the way, on to the recipes!
